Yesterday I got to take my mom to Charlotte for her birthday! We ate at Maggiano's and then Cheesecake Factory for dessert. We then went downtown to the Symphony Orchestra. They played The Planets, a piano concerto by Liszt and Brittan's Young Person's Guide To the Orchestra. It was a great performance and a very fun evening.
